Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for manually testing our web applications to identify and log bugs, ensuring the features and functionalities work flawlessly. Your contributions will directly impact the user experience and overall success of our product.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manual Testing: Execute thorough manual testing of our web application’s features and functionalities using multiple browsers, devices, & customer personas.

  • Bug Identification: Identify, document, and report bugs and issues in a clear and concise manner.

  • Test Scenarios: Develop and execute test cases and scenarios based on product requirements and user stories.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the product, development, and design teams to understand features, intended functionality, and requirements.

  • Feedback: Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improving the overall quality of the product.

  • Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure existing features remain unaffected by new changes.

  • Documentation: Maintain detailed and organized records of testing processes, results, and discovered defects.


Qualifications

Experience:

  • Previous experience in software testing or a related field is a plus, but not required.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate and collaborate with US counterparts.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) is a plus.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
